Finally - a nail biter! What did you think about tonight's game?

Finally an interesting game. The first 2 games of each series were yawners by the half-way point. Tonight's game had me on the edge of my seat 'till the end. Of course I'm pleased w/ the outcome, but regardless, it was a great game!

Detroit showed they can beat Dallas even when the Stars are playing the best they can and when the Wings don't have one of they're best players (lately) on the ice.





Turco showed he CAN play in the Joe, the problem is, is that Osgood showed that tool.





Ribero won't get suspended, but Mac WILL look for him and Ott in game 3.





Now that emotion is there, the series will be fun.





Detroit showed that they are still the best team.

Excellent game, intense on both ends of the ice.





Stars were dirtier than needed. Wings did fine without Franzen.





End was wild, Ribeiro's slash was unneeded.





McCarty will be looking for a fight game 3..in which i think the Wings lose that game.





**First wings game thats kept me interested after 2 periods ever since the Nashville series.
My first reaction was - - - What game??


Evidently it was a hockey game. I don't follow hockey, except at the collegiate level and then, not religiously. I put majoy league hockey in about the same class as professional wrestling. Not interested at all and I could not care less who wins or loses. They're all 'losers' in my opinion.
I figured Dallas would do better tonight........and and first I thought they were going to skate. Then they started the goon business and I was ticked......It did not help them tho ......so as long as we are not damaged by their antics.......we will continue to play hockey and win.
turco plays the puck more than the d does....maybe a good kronwall hit will keep his *** in the net where he belongs.


lets not forget the b.s. hand pass call resulting in no goal.


detroit easily out played the stars
Dallas missed a ton of opportunities and should have won, well no they shouldn't have if they miss those opportunities.


the ribero slash is WAY overrated, ozzy hit him first.
